Product Recall: AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pumps
In cooperation with the Health Canada, we are voluntarily recalling specific models of AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pumps that were sold between October 2020 and June 2024. Under specific conditions, the spa pumps can overheat, posing a fire hazard. We ask consumers to immediately stop use of any affected pump.

If your pump is confirmed to be affected by the recall, you will be asked to upload an image of your product and complete the registration to receive your choice of either a free replacement pump or a pump refund. Replacements and refunds will only be sent after Bestway's receipt and validation of recalled products.
